Back to the days of uniform !!

Thinking about the school days make me feel nostalgic...

well the first school I ever attainded was in my village an english medium school "Lily English School" did my Kinder garden form this school.. then in the year 1989 I left from kohima to continue my schooling. There got admitted to a local school in the colony where my aunty are staying "Nagabazar Baptist English School" studied in this school till my 3rd standard,during the period of my studies in this school got some few good friend but did turn out to be a close fren.Then due to some unavoidable circumstances,when I was at home for my winter break, I couldnt return back to kohima so have to take up admission here in Imphal,and so I got admitted to "Tiny Tots Unique School" however I couldnt adjust myself in this new enviroment for long and so after completing my 5th standard here I left for Kohima again.Here in this school meet some few good friends whom I m keeping contact till date.

Then in Kohima I took admission in a school where one of my relative is teaching "Grace English School" studied in this school just for a year,here make some new friend but couldnt carry on the friendship. Then the next year I got admission in "Baptist High" in 7th standard this is where life rock and this institute have added lots to the improvement of my personality.From this school I passout my 10 standard,during the stayed in this school (4th year class 7 - 10) make some good friend whom we hangout together even after school get over.Even till date even we get time we used to meet up and hang around during this short stay in "BH" visited some historical place in kohima and took part in many activities... and was also the member of the school wall paper.Did enjoyed a lot !~!!!!!!

Then after I passed out from this school I joint "St Joseph College Jakhama" for my plus two ! in commerce stream, here too i did enjoy a lot got many good friends... during this short stayed of two year , in my 10+2 i contested for the post of VP (vice preseident 2003-04) Commerce Association (CA), which I won.So as being an office bearer of the Association was entrusted with lots of task apart from studies, however this things did not affect my studies.. I was always among the top 5 in the class.So the "CA" organised lot of inter college competition in the college and so an industrial tour to cement factory in Chirapunjee in Meghalaya !

The Nagas inhabit in four states in India and in the Western parts of Myanmar. The Nagas live between Brahmaputra and Chindwin River specifically from 930E to 960E longitudes and 240N to 270N latitudes.1 The area is about 100,000 Sq.Km of the Patkai range within the longitudes between 930E and 970E and 231/20 N and 280N latitudes.2 In India they are found in Nagaland, four Districts in Manipur, one District in Assam and two Districts in Arunachal Pradesh. In addition to this, many Nagas inhabit in Western parts of Myanmar (Burma). In Myanmar, Nagas are concentrated in the Somrah Tract bordering India, which comes under Kachin state and Saging Sub-division. There are 45 major tribes with the population about 3 millions in 2001. There are 13 tribes in Nagaland, 17 tribes in Manipur, 2 tribes in Assam, 3 tribes in Arunachal Pradesh and 10 tribes in Myanmar. According to Naga National Right and Movements NNC, there are 77 tribes, which includes the sub-tribe and major tribes. According to 2001 Census, the Nagas from Nagaland and Manipur comprise of about 2.7 millions and the rest of the Nagas comprise of about 0.3 millions of population.Among the Nagas The Kabui also known by the name Rongmei tribe is considered to be one of the major tribe.They are found in Assam,the N C hills region.In Nagaland they are found in the district of Dimapur,Peren and Kohima.However majority of the population are found in the state of Manipur, they are found in Tamenglong,Imphal East,Imphal West,Bishnupur,Thoubal and Senapati district of the region.
